Scope
These terms apply to orders placed by customers outside the European Union. Customers in the EU are served under the German terms (AGB), including the statutory right of withdrawal.
Contract and price
Every piece is made to order. The price is the gold value at the live rate plus the disclosed crafting fee and logistics fee, fixed for 48 hours in the currency you chose at checkout. Billing follows the actual weight measured at quality control.
Payment
Payment by bank transfer in USD, EUR or GBP, or by crypto on request. Production starts after full payment. Savings plans: production after the final instalment; cancellation possible at any time with full refund of instalments paid.
Delivery and import charges
Delivery is DAP (Delivered at Place). Prices are shown without VAT and duty. Customs duties, import VAT and the courier handling fee of the destination country are paid by the buyer to the courier (DHL Express / UPS) before delivery. Estimates shown in the shop are not binding.
Material
High-carat gold (22K–24K) is soft. Light scratches or slight deformation from wear are a property of the material, not a defect. One free refurbishment and polish per year (shipping paid by customer).
