Returns policy

Outside the EU

You can return a piece within 14 days of delivery if it is unworn and in original condition. Return shipping and any import charges for the return are paid by the buyer. We refund the purchase price in the original currency after inspection.

Engraved pieces

Pieces with a personal engraving are made to your specification and cannot be returned.

Customers in the EU

EU customers have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the German terms (Widerrufsbelehrung); engraved pieces are excluded (§ 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB).
